How to Check for Unclaimed Funds in New York:
1. Visit the official website: https://www.osc.ny.gov/unclaimed-funds
2. Select “Search Now”
3. Search your name or business name
4. Submit a claim
· If you find a match, follow the site’s instructions to submit your claim electronically or by mail. You’ll need to provide basic information to verify your identity.
This is a free service offered by the State of New York—beware of third parties who may charge you a fee.
